A traditional rim profile with a traditional inner peak with a broad cushion rolling off towards the outside of the rim. It has an articulate but not overly-sharp bite, the cushion rolls off gently from the high point and the effect is comfortable and responsive.
Consider this an updated version of the classical small I.D. mouthpieces from the 20th century and before. Horn rims were originally not so different from those of the baroque trumpet and many earlier mouthpieces showed the influence and convergent evolution between the two mouthpiece styles. We're far from the first to have this thought; some of the most common mouthpieces on the market were made by trumpet players and pedagogues (Schilke, Bach, Laskey to name a few) and that tradition shows in their rims.
