Refund policy
You have 30 days to try out all products excluding custom products. That means you have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.
Returns must be in undamaged condition (excepting an allowance for small surface marks on mouthpiece shanks from normal usage).

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders cannot be returned. We will only issue a refund in the case that the product you received was not made to the specification we agreed upon. We can offer however a significant discount on subsequent custom orders in case you the first try isn't everything you hoped and dreamed of.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted - we will send you a return label and release your exchange item when the return has arrived.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we immediately issue a refund to your card. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (3-4 business days).
