Custom Work Is Back, With A Catch

It's a new year & we weathered the Q4 storm (mostly).  Product is moving again (if inconsistently at times) and we're generally in a place to consider doing custom mouthpieces.

However, we're instituting a new and annoying policy; custom work is reserved for existing customers (except in special circumstances).  We wish we could work with everyone and meet every need but realistically 2 things are driving this.

1 - Making sure I have bandwidth to support those who support us.

2 - Knowing that the results will be loved.

Ultimately we have developed a pretty strong "house style" on how things should play and we think it's best if you know you like that style before committing to something customized.  At a minimum it's best to come into custom work with a strong stance on "I liked and disliked XYZ about your Model Whatever" so we have a firm baseline of design to work from.

I know this means turning away some perspective customers; we're working to expand our standard line to cover more usecases - particularly for players who prefer 18.5mm and larger rims - but it's a necessary change to make sure we can live up to our promises.
