Custom work paused

Hey there everyone, thanks for your immense support over the past 18 months or so. Unfortunately the word got out and and we’re no longer a small operation selling 10 pieces a month.

Right now we have 2 new models and a huge R&D veg cooking and fulfillment of our existing line: we’re swamped.  If the one-piece mouthpieces pay off and covers some of the volume that will help and when we can get fully scaled up and aren’t scrambling every day to fill orders we’ll certainly have more breathing room.

However for right now - we will not be accepting any more custom work this year. Additionally Titanium cups might not ship for the holidays. The product pages have been updated to reflect this.

if you ordered before I posted this notice on 11/17 your orders aren’t affected.

This isn’t forever and if you’re an existing customer who absolutely needs something - reach out and I’ll see what I can do.
